Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक पात्रता)
Scientific Officer: (a) Full Time Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech) (from a recognized University/Institute  with aggregate of 60% marks)  (b) Minimum 2 years of experience in design, construction and maintenance of buildings. Scientific Assistant: (a) Full time Diploma in Engineering (from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks) in Electronics / Electrical Engineering. (b) Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications. (c) Minimum 2 years of experience in soldering of PCB’s including SMD components, maintenance of data acquisition systems and software development using C and C++ language.  Laboratory Assistant: (a) National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in the welder trade.  (b) Minimum 2 years of experience in welding of mild steel and stainless steel, and brazing of Aluminium. OR (a) National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in the Machinist trade. (b) Minimum 2 years of experience in the operation of lathe and milling machines and job processing using them.  Work Assistant: (a) S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations).  (c) Minimum one year experience in plumbing jobs, repair, and maintenance of buildings.  OR (a) S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations).   (b) Minimum  one year experience in the operation of diesel generators, motors, gardening and cosmetic maintenance.
